Comments:
A good dive, but gotta watch the currents.  We went by boat, with a highly experienced Captain and still got caught in the current.  Went down for 20 minutes, came up for 10 and went back down and the current was gone... so go figure... most divers looked like flags on a flag pole on a windy day.. one even made it to Canada... (just joking)
But it can be a rough one if you don't catch it right.  Even if you don't - you can enjoy it, with luck, if you stay in the eddys at the reef.  I did, and ended taking 36 pictures of the same thing...  heheh more out of not wanting to waste a dive and knew I had to come up with some pics - it was a photo class.... a little hard coming around the corner of some of the rocks, so just sat there and stared at the walls.

Fighting currents are best left to those who feel the need...  just keep an eye out for the current and you'll have a good one...

A lotta work for a beer.... ;-))
Also apparently a rough steep walk if you drove.  I didn't, went by boat, and me thinks that's the way to go.....
SEE Betty's  101 Dives for more details Page 254  Boat was good, highly recommend it.

Arrival:

Parking is a little complicated, I'm not sure this was the normal Pick-up point as we went accross the inlet to pickup some others.  This is the West side of the inlet at Johnny's Seafood lot.  No parking there or next door - they threatened to tow,

Park  only on the street or in the Marina lot.

Tac_Doc.jpg (30422 bytes) ...and the long walk down to the doc...

I use a 'Lean Green Dive'n Machine',

An Eagle Hardware store Yard Cart

to haul things around, doubles as a rinse tank too.

Works fairly well...

Noooo that's not a diver in brown,

but a sample of the kelp in a slight

current... but it  was gone

in 40 minutes...

the current that is...
