Rosario Beach, WA:   Also more at psdivers.com and at poolesdive.com

This is a nice quiet place to dive, not a whole bunch to do, but going around the point a little brings in some rocks etc. to explore.. Swimming out to the island is a bit much... did it once and Once was enuf... looks a lot closer than it is... and with any kind of current???? heheh you figure it out....

Good place for a group picnic etc.  Access is a little tricky in that you have to carry the gear over logs or down around to the other point... recommend a cart of some type if you have one... hiking on the point has a nice view and would make a great picnic spot...

Ros_Entrance.jpg (53223 bytes) ... Big deal, the entrance, be careful as it closes during the winter months... and that makes for a longer walk...
A view of the Bay... the top Island/Rock is the one that looks closer than it is.... diving around this point is the area of concentration.... Ros_rocks.jpg (48714 bytes)
Ros_BayLogs.jpg (52938 bytes) Looking back towards the entrance area.. note the logs etc.  you can get over to this point easily by wide path, much easily if you have a dive cart... some picnic tables and short trails
Taken from the far entrance, closer to the dive site, so the choice is to hike it or swim/wade it... sandy, flat bottom in the bay so not a whole bunch to breath for...      Ros_Bay.jpg (30241 bytes)
