Here are a few of the Things I've like doing and would like to do again...
Diving seems to be the current activity, until something else comes up..... underwater photography see:

Hiking, would like to do more of it... heheh since I've got all the equipment, I feel guilty for not using it... 'tis always something.... Ahhh .....tubing in Arizona, where they KNOW how to tube a river... from floating Kegs with 20' hose to huge stereos mounted on inner tubes..... don't get much better..... 
Diving again, but this is a little different as it's diving the Colorado River - just below the dam.... better than a roller coaster.... Sky diving (Sea - Air , what's the difference) one ya gotta worry about going up to fast and the other about going down to fast... just can't win... of course if you miss this landing spot you'll end up in a Pig Farm next door.... When I grow up, I'll settle into Soaring... Glider Planes.. the sailboats of the sky... when I grow up that is....
....and finally exploring/traveling... cocktail hour - MeKong on de Klong... Bangkok, Thailand.(sorry it's a little grainy - when I go back I'll get a better one... ;-P ) Paragliding, but only got to the beginner's level of P-2. Really liked it but to weather sensitive. You could spend the whole weekend without flying, especially if you're just starting out as was I
