Cooking:
like to cook, French, Thai and Good Basic dishes with herbs and spirits i.e vermouth, Cognac, Champagne ( heheh ....like to taste 'em too!!). Cooking with herbs and a splash of wine for the cook - errrr I mean food - I really like cooking out-doors (camping) from Blackened Salmon to Chicken Flambé in Cognac with champagne sauce. Backpack cooking follow the same line of thought with adjusted weight & freshness (canned instead of fresh). It all started from a divorce where I was lucky to get an old Flip-Over omelet pan. Living with a lot of low-cost time and a challenge to flip the omelet with it sticking to the top of the pan (2 halves) one flips onto the other half, I was eventually able to master it... The next step was to put something in it... and so began the classes - from then on I was hooked... Here are some of my favorites and Pics Supplies: - Various levels of the outdoor challenge... My
goal is to make a Soufflé Grand Marnier on a camp stove - and you
can bet I'll have pics on that one... And I do... Click link to see if it
worked or not Enjoy...... |
